Mary joined the Web Services team in October 2006. Previously, she served as Operations Manager at a Buffalo, NY, web development firm, where she managed a team of project managers, programmers, developers and graphic artists in developing web interfaces for a variety of local and national clients. Prior to that, she managed the customer service team supporting more than 3,500 web design and hosting clients.
A SUNY Geneseo graduate, Mary’s professional interests include web standards, usability, graphic design, customer service, and operational efficiency.
A native of Western New York, Mary lives in North Tonawanda where she is renovating a 100 year old church into her home. Her other interests include playing piano, singing, and gardening.
